Tier 2 · The High Council

Dentists · Mechanics

"You've got a small cavity forming." "Your rear differential is weeping." Sure.

Tier 3 · The General Assembly

Anyone who can tell you something is wrong, charge you to fix it, and you have no way of checking

Plumbers, IT guys, vets, the furnace man, the guy who says your roof has three years left.

* This is not saying every person in these industries is a scammer. It's just that they have the ability to be, if they want to, and on average they probably are.
